Tun is an accredited trainer with a passion for excellence in all that he creates and he advocates continual growth in his work. He communicates passionately inside as well as outside his training sessions. His stand for excellence allows him to deliver his sessions effectively in a variety of methods that work.

He created Tun & Associates Trainings to provide trainings that support the growth of human capital in organisations. He is also an associate trainer for various Human Resource Development consulting companies in the region. He traveled extensively in his career spanning three different industries – Engineering, Exhibitions & Events Management and Training. These include postings to Turkey, India, Singapore as well as the Philippines.

Throughout Tun’s career, much of his success has been attributed to his adaptability to different environments, cultures and situations. Over the last 17 years, Tun has successfully coached teams to produce results in over 31 cities in 14 countries, including India, Vietnam, Taiwan, China, Indonesia, UAE and South Korea.

The areas that he is passionate about and delivers effectively include Team Creation™, Communication Workshop, Leadership Coaching and Effective Events Management. Tun is a Certified Master Class Trainer and his accreditations include Certified Professional Trainer (IPMA-UK, ATP-Specialist Management Resources, Malaysia), Lead Facilitator (Asian Experiential Educators Alliance), Certified NLP Practitioner and Leadership Programme Coach.
