With his foundational beliefs of the human potential that resides within, it has inspired Tim to answer his calling in the field of people development, thus founding the organization – Empower Lives.

Tim passionately develops and conducts experiential learning programs for clients from youths to adults of senior management. Being a certified experiential learning trainer, accredited by the government, Malaysia, Tim developed and trained youths and adults, pioneering the country’s national service – of the character building module. As a Reiki practitioner, it gives him the understanding of how energy plays an important role in shaping vibration and creating attraction for results. Combining all these elements with the use of basic Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP), he makes training programs fun and engaging. In training, Tim constantly challenges his participants from the current state they take comfort in, to step out and explore possibilities, thus helping them discover their true potential.

His scope of work and strengths includes team development, customer service focus and branding, personal development, leadership development, youth development in which his has designed and conducted these programs for organizations like Maybank, Shell, MISC, Southern Bank, British American Tobacco, Assunta Hospital, Sunway Medical Centre, Sunrise, Synergy, Fuji Xerox, Maxis, Apex Investment Services, JF Apex, The Young Achievers’ Club, non-profit organizations including churches on country wide, youth centers and orphanages.
